Everything about returns for German customers
Sometimes it is necessary to return a product. Maybe you changed your mind or something else happened that made you want to return your product. As we understand that this is of course annoying, you have 14 days to change your mind. The shipping you need to pay to ship it back to us.

If you want to return your product, it is important that it meets the return conditions:
- The product must still have the original seal.
- A product whose plastic seal has been broken will not be taken back.
- The product must be in good condition, so pack the product as well as possible when you return it.
- You have reported your return within 14 days of receipt by email to info@jdh-software.store or via the link on the website.


How to return your shipment
- Send us an email to info@jdh-software.store indicating that you want to return your order or via the return request via the webshop.
- We will send you a return label free of charge within 1 working day after receiving your return confirmation.
- Pack the order, enclose the return form and drop off the return at a shipping point near you.
- You will have the full purchase amount back in your account within 5 business days of receiving your return.

If you want to return your product, it is important that it meets the return conditions:
- A product must still have the original seal.
- A product whose plastic seal has been broken will not be taken back.
- The product and packaging must be in excellent condition, so pack the product as well as possible.
- You have reported your return within 14 days of receipt by email to info@allyourgames.nl.
After the return notification, you have 5 days to return your product.

How to return your shipment
- Download and fill out the return form.
- Register your return via info@jdh-software.store or via the webshop.
- Pack the order well, attach the return form and send the order to:
